Record Copy Service / Bates-stamping / OCR Scanning

We can scan and Bates-stamp your production and deliver it to you on CD or in hard copy. OCR scanning is also available if you want the ability to search your documents. Hard copies can be bound and tabbed in discovery notebooks.

Our professional staff makes sure that copies include all information provided in the original documents, including documents of different sizes, front/back printing, handwritten notes, and edge-to-edge printing. Strict confidentiality is observed, and all discovery is stored in locked cabinets.

Designate C & C Court Reporting as the recipient of subpoenaed documents. We will distribute copies to all parties and provide you with an affidavit regarding receipt and distribution.
