I am presently using C & C Court Reporting to have them produce state of the art DVD's which allow a jury to see and hear simultaneously a witness testifying at the same time the highlighted transcript appears on the screen. I have also seen and experimented with C & C Court Reporting's new technology which allows presentation of live testimony to a jury from a witness who is literally almost anywhere in the world. This technology not only allows for live witness testimony, but also allows for having the witness view as he or she is testifying exhibits, without prior submission of the exhibits to the witness.
